BUCHAREST (Romania), January 26 (SeeNews) – Romanian real estate deveoper Oxygen Home plans to invest 10 million euro ($12.16 million) in a boutique residential project in northern Bucharest, it said.
The project, located near Baneasa forest, will have 12 villas and will be developed in three stages, Oxygen Home said in a press release on Monday.
The developer has started construction works on the first three villas and aims to complete the entire project by the summer of 2022.
Oxygen Home is owned by Romanian entrepreneur Alina Marulis, who has a 16-year experience on the local real estate market.
