Noida Development Authority to provide oxygen cylinders and refilling to COVID-19 patients in home isolation

The Noida Authority has taken up another major effort in view of the scarcity of oxygen cylinders and lack of oxygen. The Authority has taken a big initiative to help those people who are living in home isolation at their own places and fighting the COVID-19 disease.
The Authority will not only provide oxygen but also provide oxygen cylinders to such people. Till now the Noida Development Authority was refueling oxygen in two centres of the city. Now those who do not have oxygen cylinders can take the cylinder directly from the authority.

Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], May 10 (ANI/NewsVoir): Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana, (BJS) Chennai in association with Shree Tamilnadu Jain Mahamandal, Chennai under the inspiration of BJS Founder Shantilal Ji Mutha and guidance of National President Rajendra Ji Lunker inaugurated an Oxygen Bank in the name of O2 Bank Mission - Rahat at Medi Sales India, Kilpauk.
Thiru. M.K. Mohan, MLA honoured the event as Chief Guest. The benefits of this Bank is extended to all the section of society.
BJS is planning to install 10,000 oxygen concentrator machines across India through its 400 chapters. In Tamil Nadu also, BJS is planning to install 1000 such machines. In Chennai, it has started with 60 machines now and will go upto 150 machines. These machines runs only on water and requires no refilling.
SRINAGAR- In wake of spike in Covid-19 cases, the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Srinagar has established an oxygenated 100-bed Covid care facility at Haj House Bemina, an official said.The facility has come up at Hajj House in just a week’s time.
While giving details, the CMO Srinagar apprised the Deputy Commissioner, Aijaz Asad, who is also chairman DDMA, that the patients referred by a physician having mild symptoms of Covid-19 infection and requiring oxygen support of less than 10 litres per minute can be admitted for isolation as well as treatment.
He further added that Health Department is in the process of procuring more Bulk Oxygen Cylinders and Oxygen Concentrators to augment the bed capacity at Hajj House.
