Bbc news has just spent a week looking at the industry that, of course, feeds us, shapes our countryside, and is an important contributor to the national economy. And weve been talking to farmers, around the uk, about their hopes and fears for the future. Well start by looking at brexit. The uks farming unions have warned that with no deal there could be severe disruption to the industry. The Farm Business consultancy, andersons, says that in the event of no deal, up to £850 million a year could be lost in profits. But could there be opportunities too .
