Shane Supple and Billy Clarke are likely to be in the Republic of Ireland side taking on hosts Slovakia in their first UEFA U19 Championship elite round qualifying group match this evening.
Striker Billy Clarke came on as a 60th minute sub as the Republic of Ireland U19s lost 3-2 to Slovakia on Friday afternoon. Keeper Shane Supple was left on the bench.
Town will again be without skipper Gareth McAuley for Sunday s final game of the season at home to Coventry, Roy Keane s first home match in charge of the Blues (KO 1.15pm). The Northern Irishman is over his hamstring problem but picked up a knee injury in training.
Town boss Roy Keane could be without loan striker Daryl Murphy when Sheffield United come to Portman Road for the final game of the season on Sunday (KO 1pm). Murphy, whose spell comes to an end after Sunday s game, has a thigh strain with Keane unlikely to take a chance on the Sunderland man if he is in any doubt regarding his fitness.
Town go into Saturday s game at Leeds United looking for a victory which could see the Whites relegated to the third tier of English football for the first time. A win for the Blues at Elland Road and a victory for Hull at Cardiff would confirm Leeds drop into League One.
