Lorraine Wang has over 30 years of global experience in integrity risk reviews, investigations, and audits. She is currently leading OAI’s prevention and compliance programs and supporting all aspects of anti-corruption efforts. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Forensic Accountant. She has a master’s degree in international studies.
Bruno Carrasco leads ADB-wide knowledge, innovation, policies and strategies in all thematic and sector operation areas and ensures compliance with environment and social safeguards policies. He oversees the administration of trust funds and global funding initiatives and provides advice to Management on strategic and policy matters, work plans, and major operational matters.
Edwin Lau is Head of the Budgeting and Public Expenditure Division which provides advice to countries on budgetary governance, independent fiscal institutions, fiscal consolidation, and budgetary tools such as infrastructure, gender and green budgeting. Prior to this, he led OECD work on public sector innovation, digital government, open data, human resources management, and
Gambhir has been involved with advisory, programmatic, academic and operational work on governance and public sector management issues for more than 25 years. Before joining ADB in 2005, he was a Senior Advisor in the New Zealand public service.
Bob Babajanian is Associate Professor at the School of Public Policy, London School of Economics. He is experienced in policy-oriented research, analysis and operational work on social protection, social exclusion, local governance and community-driven development. He has worked at the Overseas Development Institute, the Asian Development Bank, and the World Bank.
