Aimee is an economist with over a decade of experience in private sector development and agri-food value chains. Prior to joining ADB, where she started working on urban development and water supply and sanitation, Aimee was a Senior Researcher at the German Development Institute and a Senior Researcher at the Center for Development Research at the University of Bonn.
Jonathan manages the ADB Treasury’s local currency financing, client outreach and capacity building in capital markets, as well its rapidly growing engagement in Asian local currency markets. Yasushi has over 30 years of experience in the transport sector. He started his professional career at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, the Government of Japan in 1988. He was involved in transport infrastructure planning, transport system development, PPP-based research and development, and international cooperation with the Asian countries.
Karl has more than 20 years of experience working on water resources management; water supply, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH); solid waste and wastewater management; and environmental and engineering geological assessments. Most recently he was with the World Bank Group Water Practice in East Asia and the Pacific, managing several technical assistance and investment programs
Kiyoshi is currently a country economist at Pakistan Resident Mission, overseeing Afghanistan and Pakistan economies. He led the team to formulate the Pakistan Country Partnership Strategy 2021 – 2025. In his 15 years at ADB, he has also carried out economic analysis for the Pacific Department as well as Private Sector Operations Department and worked at the Uzbekistan
