I just received a call from my daughter saying her boyfriend ray mcdonald was violent and she locked herself in the bedroom, but he broke the door down. He disappeared for about three hours and they later found him here at the san jose home at newly retired 49er defensive tackle justin smith. He was arrested on the spot for misdemeanor Domestic Violence and child endangerment.
