When Ouray County Commissioners Michelle Nauer and Jake Niece toured the Montrose County Jail on June 7, their presence served as a milestone. It was the first time Ouray County commissioners had toured the facility in at least 26 years, according to Montrose County Jail Administrator Dean McNulty.
