Bucks take crown from Kings | 1310 WIBA

By Doug Russell Feb 22, 2021 The Milwaukee Bucks offense returned to form at Fiserv Forum Sunday night, cruising past the reeling Sacramento Kings, 128-115. Milwaukee (18-13) got another monster performance from two-time defending NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo (38 points, 18 rebounds) and saw the return of Khris Middleton s shooting touch (a season-high 32 points on 13-of-22 shooting, including 3-of-5 from the three-point line) in the victory, their second in a row following a five-game losing streak. “When he’s going, he’s so tough to guard and can score so many different ways, Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said of Middleton after the game. Sacramento (12-18) has now lost seven straight games; they were led by rookie (and Oshkosh North alumnus) Tyrese Haliburton s 23 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the field.
