Executive order is so vague and ambiguous and should be declared unconstitutional. Reporter city and county attorneys argue that under the order jurisdictions that dont fully cooperate with immigration authorities would risk losing federal funds that would put at risk well over 1 billion each for San Francisco and santa clara county. We have 35 of our revenue at state as federal revenue. Four to 5 million per day that we are relying on the expectation of reimbursement from the federal government. And as the judge said, right there at the beginning of the hearing these are undisputed facts. Reporter in court representing the Justice Department said the funding losses would potentially be minimal and downplayed the effects of the order. There has been no action threatened or taking again cities and there have been no enforcement actions. But the judge was in the purpose of the order. They virtually made everything that they were in need of. With the exception of the motor that they had for the flying machine which was made of aluminum, their idea. I was made for them in a small startup company, as we would call it today, Aluminum Company of america. The 1st aluminum engine ever built. When it was 1st used it split. Rather than saying i guess thats not going to work they built another one. The 2nd one did not split and produced more horsepower than they expected. A wonderful example not only of their innovative capacity to solve problems but when something did not work they did not give up. I never gave up about anything. Their perseverance against the odds is a life lesson that i think we can all benefit from. We are going to put the phone numbers up because we want to give you a chance to ta
