ORRVILLE  The glossy yellow police tape wrapped around one driveway on Spring Hill Drive stood in stark contrast to the neighboring houses with their well-manicured lawns and “Welcome” signs by the front door. City police officers had taped off the area outside the home in the 1300 block following a fatal domestic confrontation Sunday night that left 53-year-old Douglas Brigham dead.  He lived in the house with his mother, Lois Eastwood, and girlfriend Catherine Tulley, 44. On Tuesday afternoon, the Wayne County Prosecutor s Office granted Tulley s release from the county jail, where she had been incarcerated since Monday on a felonious assault charge tied to Brigham s shooting.
