One person describes the traumatic scene of seeing the frantic mother rush out of the house clinging to her 4yearold daughter, who had just been shot. I told her, what happened . She goes, she got shot. The kids were playing upstairs. And next thing you know, she said she found her baby laying on the floor like that and ran outside. Reporter witnesses say doctors and nurses from a nearby clinic ran to help before medics arrived. But it was all too late. The child was pronounced dead a little after 1 00 p. M. At the hospital.
