Our CorrespondentWokha, May 25 (EMN):  Advisor for Justice and Law department Dr. Chumben Murry on Wednesday stated that the recent political merger was done constitutionally and there was nothing wrong with it. He said that it is an electoral necessity, and to strengthen the leadership of Neiphiu Rio for good governance while honoring the Naga political solution. Dr. Chumben Murry, who is the MLA of 38 Assembly Constituency, was speaking at a felicitation programme organised by the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) Wokha region at Wokha District VCCA and VDB hall. Murry said that he will work with the party principle and ideology and assured to strengthen the party for various developments in the state. He also mentioned that it is ‘more like a homecoming’, since he was an active member in the first DPP formation (now known as NDPP).  He added that the NDPP constitution has the ‘most refined political ideology’.
