One man is dead after a propane tank explodes in an apartment in walnut creek. Anny hong is at the breaking news desk with the details. Of minutes is Portland Police officers, Oregon State Police officers, the local Sheriffs Office boxed in the group of protesters that is right here in the heart of downtown portland. Thats where we are now. This is the demonstrations began about 5 00 pacific time. And they went all around the city. We saw them marching across some of the major bridges here in town. And we also saw a lot of vandalism, as well. So this was dubbed a peaceful protest. Really it was for most of the Portland Police bureau is calling an anarchist group.
