Reporter when miller woke up, she realized something was wrong, no text so she drove to his house. His car was running and caution tape running across the front street and cops. Investigators believe he was shot by someone connected to that operation. We with held joels name because we knew a killer was on the loose. College student last december. Joel ramirez was shot to death as he drove up to his home. Police now say the 21yearold was not the intended target of the shooter. They say that illegal operation was likely tied to the shooting. Police say he knew ram ruz was innocent but withheld that on purpose. Joel was not intended to be killed that day.
