Recent actions by the Federal Communications Commission indicate its support for the country’s space-based economy and national security interests. The FCC has adopted.
"This oversight regime will balance economic competitiveness together with safety, security, sustainability, and responsibility," states the new United States Novel Space Activities Authorization and Supervision Framework.
"Orbital debris remediation is one of the main areas where the US is falling behind other countries, and this bill would help put America back in a leadership position on making space more sustainable for all to use," enthused Secure World Foundation's Brian Weeden.
