Then that threat shifts over to the east a little more so upper Montgomery County Chester County upper bucks county moving still through the allentown area by 7 00 p. M. And then that whole area slides through philadelphia. We could also see storms in parts of delaware into south jersey. That would be by 8 00 this evening. But when firefighters arrived and put out the flames, they made a gruesome discovery. In the front drivers side of the vehicle they found a mail who was charred to the bone.
