Soybeans blooming was 51%, behind 61% last year and 56% average. Setting pods was 8%, behind 23% last year and 14% average. Winter wheat condition rated 27% very poor, 34% poor, 31% fair, 8% good, and 0% excellent. Winter wheat harvested was 33%, near 29% last year and 34% average.
