Homes and businesses near the Russian River banks were once again flooded and as soon as the waters receded here we are again. People who live around here though are taking it all in stride. Everybody is doing well in the neighborhood. This is pretty normal. But the storm we had a couple of weeks ago was by far worse. Theres no water in our well, theres a little bit of water in our basement but nothing like a few weeks ago. Reporter and then theres trouble at the Mark West Creek in west Sonoma County which joins with the Russian River. Trees and branches down around its banks. Its normally less than a half foot deep but today, it is approaching 10 feet in some stretches. And then theres a possibility of mudslides in the hills here in wine country.
