Reporter on thursday, police served seven warrants at Ben Franklin High School one at franklin learning center, one in north philadelphia and last in an unknown location. Officers are waiting for an arrest warrant for 18 yearold ben franklin student, the only one who would be charged as an adult. School dismissal time has become a period for Youth Violence. We have kid causing pain and fear among other kid. Reporter as a result of the recent Youth Violence at septa stations transit officers will be assigned to ride every subway train at School Dismissal time. Septa plans to roll roll out a text line to allow the public to quickly notify police of incidents like these. This isnt a septa problem but this is a philadelphia problem with our youth.
