Now its 6 Alameda County is apparently suffering a shortage of Health Inspectors allowing some restaurants to go at least a year without being checked out. The Health Department ended up shutting that restaurant down. But as kron 4 lezla gooden found out this county is understaffed and appears to be falling behind in inspections. She joins us now live in the studio with what restaurant workers are saying about this nasty situation. Lets look. Yeah, thats right, vicki. Now how it works is that these Health Inspectors are assigned to certain areas and restaurants that they keep a track up and they deal with everything from routine inspections and following up on complaints.
