From yesterday morning temperatures this afternoon will be a bit on the cooler side compared to what were looking at tomorrow with a little bit in the way of some clearing going on and more sunshine from pretty much beginning to end. Again. Contrast with today. Its not a total loss, though. Were going to see some sun going on for today. Again, it will even crouch in parts of the bay to. And heres what weve got going on right now. The rallies are in response to the israel hamas war that has caused carnage on both sides. More than a million palestinians now trying to get out of northern gaza ahead ahead of expected Ground Invasion by Israeli Forces. This in response to saturdays attack by hamas. The Israeli Government telling them to evacuate toward the southern part of gaza. The United Nations says ordering half of the cars and population to flee and mass would be calamitous urging israel to reverse the directive. Meantime, hamas has ordered people to ignore the evacuation more than 2000 people have been killed in the israel hamas war, including more than a dozen americans here at home. But rallies and protests have been happening all across the bay area today as well. Kron fours dan joining us now live from the near the Federal Building in San Francisco. Rock leases that were posing to consolidate into a single lease extension with Mission Valley rock company. It encompasses a parcel is referred to in many cases as s p 24 Surface Mining permit 24. Which is necessary for Water Management and fine management for Mission Valley box operation. The area to the northward of it is number 32 was the active mining area they use reyna. So this v6 engine would match up with the other lease and allow them to continue their operation inefficiently but also has benefits for us in terms of Water Management, both for the Alameda Creek recapture project and the san antonio bypass i plan parts. We recommend approval of this item to extend the lease permission value valley rock for these parcels. Thank you for that. When i was before us before, was not clear to me at the time this was not really prominent. That the extraction of this site has terminated and were renewing not for mining purposes but something else. Thats a very different kind of lease. Te

So, i recommendation at this point would be to increase the excess use charge to three times, believe the reduction level at 25 for interruptible customers as well. Whats in front of us actually is different than that is in it but yes. Its a 30 reduction for interruptible customers. Im recommending at this point do we limit that to 25 because were actually getting the performance at a people. Im not sure we need to bump that up but deftly bump up the penalties so [inaudible] have to pay more if they screw up i like to keep it at the higher level. I understand people and performing very well and with that hopefully will mean nobody runs into these limits. These are folks that have been getting a rate reduction and i think we really need to make sure the reduction that we water is greater than for people not getting that great benefit. Its a small increments. Just to maintain the integrity of the rates
