A Police Spokesperson tells me this information was not brought up in this mornings News Conference because police were working to confirm whether the woman was in the cruiser with him, which they have since done. The police chief says this morning no other officers were in the cruiser with officer raban when he lost control of his cruiser. Weve learned of the second person from a witness. I said oh, my god, something is wrong. I ran out and there was we run down and, you know, and then know what happened. [ indiscernible ] we had an opportunity to pull the incar camera information. Were interviewing people as we speak to find out if that in facts what was happening. But what i can tell you is in the 9500 block, he lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway.
