The 12-foot puppet of a 10-year-old Syrian refugee girl met migrant families who recently arrived in New York City from Ecuador, Afghanistan and Myanmar; Msgr. Robert T. Ritchie, the cathedral's rector; and representatives from Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York.
