DUI charges against Broncos RB Melvin Gordon dismissed By Erin Walsh  |  Last updated 3/10/21 DUI charges against Denver Broncos running back Melvin Gordon related to an October arrest was dropped on Wednesday. Denver s District Attorney dismissed Melvin Gordon s DUI charges today due to evidentiary concerns. The order was entered this morning by Judge Olympia Fay in Denver County Court. Attorneys Eric Nesbitt and Robert Malen represented Gordon. District attorney and Gordon attorneys emphasized this not a plea to DUI. Reckless driving charge was related to speeding. Gordon has already served 12 hours community service order thru Broncos.
