You cant understand when department of Revenue Services in the state of connecticut where not 6 , but 41 of the people, 41 make those deductions, so what youve asked the state of connecticut to do is what mr. Zelden your colleague described of new york and the same thing is happening in massachusetts and new jersey and in maryland and in california and oregon and washington state, coincidence dental but having said that what youre doing to them is asking this regional shift of money, youre asking them to pay more. Its double taxation and and youre taxing the success of professionals because theyve been successful in what theyve done, and youre doing it without a single expert or public hearing. Youre doing so much to root out and identify and eliminate waste fraud, abuse, dictated programs which is what this hearing is about. The reports by the gao that really started with a Pretty Simple. [inaudible] offering 2010 by senator colborne in the. [inaudible] something we all hate to do but if were going to do it its nice to get some measure of control and a Pretty Simple concept is asking the gao to issue reports and inspections on different programs as resulted in 75 billion of savings over seven years. This is pretty remarkable. Based on the amount of Budget Authority that the gao has, 3. 8 billion over that timeframe that a 20 one investment. Put the microphone on for this. 112 to one.
