Valentine was convicted of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture of methamphetamine; 40 grams or more of mixture of fentanyl; 100 grams or more of a mixture of heroin; and marijuana. He also was convicted or possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.
The search warrant was executed April 22 at the McDonald Street home of Chadreck Harrison, according to an OCSO news release.
While searching Harrison’s bedroom, investigators located about two grams of methamphetamine, two grams of fentanyl, six grams of heroin and 29 grams of marijuana.
A digital scale containing methamphetamine residue also was located in the room, according to the release. On a small table next to his bed, investigators found Harrison’s wallet and a loaded Ruger LC9 9mm pistol.
Harrison previously has been convicted of resisting arrest and narcotics-related charges. His most recent conviction was in 2008 for possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana.
Travaess Mclemore of Fort Walton Beach has been charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, trafficking in cocaine, and trafficking in heroin, according to a OCSO press release.
Two narcotics search warrants were executed at units in a complex located on Pelham Road on Monday after several neighbors reported suspected narcotics activity, the OCSO said.
Deputies reportedly discovered 97 grams of cocaine and 58 grams of heroin inside a safe under Mclemore’s bed in the first unit.
Deputies then located a stolen revolver in the kitchen while searching the second unit, according to a report.
Mclemore would come and go from the second unit, but often went there to gamble and play video games with friends, the report said.
