It happened in berkeley on Parker Street near san pablo avenue just after 7 30 last night. There are not a lot of details but police said the victims were sitting in a car. At this point they were parked and stationary and somebody opened fire on the vehicle. I dont know if there was something in the car they were targeting or the groups whole. Those are things that we are looking at. The victims are between 16 and 19. Two are in serious condition, the third nonlifethreatening injuries. A lot of people who live in the east bay took to social media asking about a loud boom around 7 p. M. It was related to maintenance at the phillips refinery in rodeo.
