And, of course, were going to meet the b m rs that we talked about. Theres going to be 2, two bedrooms and one studio. And again before we had no Parking Spaces now there will be over oneonone ratio of class one bike Parking Spaces. This is the context youll see on the existing building 1 thing is 17th street deadends its not a viable pedestrian area for commercial because theres no thoroughfare people are by passing this altogether. Its landlocked thats why we felt with that and the influx of believes for employment theres a big need for residential.
