(File photo) CEBU CITY - To prevent motorcycle dealers from under-reporting their sold units, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) allowed its field office in Central Visayas to open two new registration units (NRU) that will fast-track registration of motorbikes. Victor Emmanuel Caindec, LTO-Region 7 chief, said in a statement on Friday that the approval of the LTO central office for the opening of the two NRUs came after eight years of not allowing them to operate. He said such achievement of the agency is considered an additional legacy of President Rodrigo Duterte in affording comfort and convenience of motorcycle owners.
