The Oak Creek Police Department received a call on Wednesday morning, March 16 that a backpack with a bomb inside was left at the Oak Creek High School Ninth Grade Center.
The Leland Police Department identified the man who was found dead in his Leland home along with explosives and hazardous materials.
At approximately 1:43 a.m. Friday, Leland officers were dispatched to 1207 Regalia Lane in the Waterford neighborhood. Officers and members of Leland Fire and Rescue found potential explosive devices and hazardous materials when they arrived at the home, according to a Leland police news release on Friday.
They also found 60-year-old Keith Napolitano, of Leland, dead.
An autopsy was completed at East Carolina University, and according to pathologists, preliminary findings combined with evidence recovered at the scene suggested Napolitano died of an accidental overdose, according to a Leland police news release on Tuesday afternoon.
