going in and out of the oval office on january six, as donald trump was reluctant to call off the mob. you know, i am glad you brought up the subpoena of cipollone and anna fill ben. because these are the two guys who testified for the january six committee. and we saw videos of them consulting their lawyers. with distribution which is not privileged. i am, wondering claims of executive privilege in this federal grand jury. i apologize if you are not a war lawyer and can answer these questions. but you claims of executive privilege in that setting, before a federal grand jury, do they hold as much power, or does the justice department have ways of cracking through that. i think there are waves to crack through it. one thing we do know from our reporting as these justice department has reached, a practically, to the trump campaign to discuss executive privilege. or to donald trump s advisers to discuss executive privilege.
