Today as you mentioned having judge persky removed from an upcoming Sexual Assault case. It all comes down to a basic question of fairness. It is part of an ongoing fallout for his decision to sentence former stanford swimmer brock turner to six months in jail for Sexual Assaulting a woman who had passed out drunk in a Campus Fraternity party last year. Judge persky has faced backlash including calls for his removal or recalled. The d.
