Of us. Thank you, mike. Firefighters put out a small grass fire along interstate 580 alonging along regatta boulevard in richmond. Fires were reported in Castro Valley and healdsburg. Firefighters worked to stop these fires quickly before they could reach homes and other buildings. Because of the dangerous fire conditions pg e cut off power to more than 106,000 people across the bay area. People in the north bay were some of the first to go dark. Lauren martinez is live in mill valley. Here in mill valley you can see some degree in the strebris. Restaurant owners at tips roadside in kenwood were angry after they lost power an hour before they were told it was scheduled to be shut off. They hope they dont lose whats on ice in their freezer. I was heart broken and confused and i couldnt believe i heard that come out of a teachers wife. Reporter she said her son tried to clarify a question about his assignment at the end of third period english. Hes like, i cant turn it in. I like, you didnt turn it in. You didnt submit. Other students andtudents ann were still confirmed. Reporter can you confirm if both teachers are on leave. The School District did confirm both are on administrative leave. Abc 7 made several requests for an interview but sent the following statement saying if i wouldnt have brought it this far, those teachers would have still showed back up in class today.
