We saw a patrol car pulle just ten minutes ago. This is a live look as i speak. We heard reports of officers stopping cars on the bridge at t yerba buena island. It may be a protest. No traffic is moving on the western span of the bay bridge. As you look at that shot right there, you can see some of those folks out there on the bridge. Were talking about around a dozen or two dozen people on that bridge. Ive seen some other pictures out there this evening of the standstill and the backup before this area, the area that has been closed down because people literally waiting in their cars for this situation to be cleared where they can open this up to traffic.
