We may be setting record highs in a couple spots in the bay area. San jose, the forecast High Temperature today is 72 degrees. But thats also our record. Thats been set since 1982. In concord we may set a new record, forecast of 73. And our record is 70 in an arre san jose apartment complex. We have brand new video into our newsroom overnight showing the scene. This happened at the willow creek apartment complex near fruitdale avenue and southwest expressway. Police say a man allegedly pointed a gun at a family inside the complex. Then fled into a unit. Sjpd says a 3hour standoff followed. Ending peacefully around 2 am when officers took the unit. A threehour standoff followed which thenn ended peacefully bul only around 2 00ea this morning when the officers took that suspect into custody. Police tell us they will rel

And south hayward where the track damage is addressed. This is not affecting the trains. Its a separate set of tracks. Ac transit and vta will take you north. That is one option for folks who will continue to use transit. This is the area we see that track damage. You see more traffic flow on the roadways. This accident is not bad. Driving is an option. This area here fremont, warm springs, that is the corridor that will be affected. It does not affect these folks over to the dublin pleasanton line. I am concerned about our election this year. Reporter swalwell says Congress Needs to do more to prevent a repeat in this years midterm election. Some of the reforms i think we can put in place on the Russian Investigation would be first to have a duty to report. So if any individual is contacted by a foreign national, you would have to report that to the fbi. Reporter he believes social media sites have the responsibility to alert Law Enforcement about interference with foreign agents. Facebook says 150 million americans have seen the russian propaganda on its site and instagram. We need it to be disclosed to the public if you are in a coordinated way trying to put a political ad on social media.
