Ngaire Tusi was found beaten and shot in the head was found underneath a table in the picnic shelter in Oakland Madrona Park off of South Madison Street. A second suspect was arrested in her death.
Police say Ngaire Tusi was killed for giving intel about rape suspect James Salanoa, the nephew of one of the alleged killers. Apelu Tauanuu was charged March 27.
