This broken water main sent water and mud gushing down the street and into homes. At the cell phone video from a neighbor shows the river of water rushing down montana street. It happened at about 8 00 this morning. The 16 inch in diameter water main ruptured and created a huge sinkhole. Two neighbors ended up inside it.
