Center. Live were here at Uc Medical Center because thats where one of the victims is now recovering this morning. 41 year old emily frank is at last check listed in serious condition here. Emily and her dad Stephen Frank were hit by a metro bus while crossing in a crosswalk in hyde park last night around 7 30. It happened right at the intersectin of erie and edwards road. Her dad died at the scene. He was 73 years old the driver of the cincinnati metro bus was 57 year old tyrone patrick. No passengers were on the bus on at the time. And no one else got hurt. Cincnnati police say this is an ongoing investigation. Live metro says patrick has been a driver for 10 years. He was briefly taken tot he hospital after the crash for shock. Police say speed and impairment do not appear to be factors in the crash. That is just the reporting stations. There is more widespread fog this morning than yesterday morning. Like yesterday fog is the word. 60 to exwife 65 with aboveaverage temperatures. 69 at the coast. A gray going but a nice and sunny ending with temperatures above average. On the road this morning you cannot see the roads. You cannot see them but so far not causing any problems. This is walnut creek. A couple of seconds ago it looked more foggy but you can see the traffic is coming and going and tail lights moving southbound at highway 24 at top speeds. No accidents. Sheriffs department and mike and his family moved there. So a lot of moving around in other parts of california when he was younger. But his parents divorced and then that was when mike moved to south san jose with his mother Katherine Decker and his sister jamie raddock. Jamie is the one we understand will be speaking today. But thats why you saw a lot of pictures with his mother with his sister. A couple with his father mostly from when he was younger when the family was still living all together. But at the Service Today, both his father and his current wife and his mother and her current husband will be there. His entire family. He is survived by wife, nikki, of course. They had gotten married in a civil ceremony two years ago. And they were planning a formal wedding ceremony and reception this summer in santa cruz that is not going to happen.
