Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau took action to shut down repeat robocaller evading enforcement. Bureau issued a cease and desist letter to OneEye LLC, ordering the company investigate and mitigate suspected illegal robocalling traffic on its network

Today we received the first news of Congressional movement on TCPA issues post-Facebook. A bill that is not yet publicly available would apparently increase the penalties for robocallers and include prison time.
