WCSU organises cultural programme - Eastern Mirror

Kohima, Sep. 25 (EMN): The Western Chakhesang Students’ Union (WCSU) organised a one-day cultural programme on September 24 at Naga United Village in Chümoukedima district on the theme “Reviving culture and ethnicity.” An update from the union stated that, Imlibenla Wati Nienu, who graced the occasion as the guest speaker, has emphasised on the power of unity among the Nagas and how “our culture and ethnicity make us who we are.” “Our culture does not only mean the history of our tradition, folk songs and dances but is also about being honest, just and hardworking,” she said.
