MORGAN COUNTY Morgan County Commissioner/drainage board member Bryan Collier asked a question of county surveyor Terry Brock during Monday morning s meeting of the county drainage board. Where will the water go? Collier asked.
At least two county drains/ditches may be facing problems in the future.
There are normally two main types of ditches/drains in the county.
First is an unregulated drain/ditch. Those are normally found on private property and normally regulated by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
The second type is the regulated ditch/drain. It is regulated by the county s drainage board. It may run on private or public property.
