Chitra Ramakrishna, another former managing director of the exchange, is in custody and being investigated in the case, as is former Mumbai commissioner of police Sanjay Pandey.
A Delhi Court on Monday dismissed the bail application of former managing director and chief executive officer of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) Chitra Ramkrishna in a money laundering case related to the alleged illegal phone tapping and snooping of NSE employees.
He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on July 19 in a case of giving preferential treatment to certain brokers on the National Stock Exchange.
