Danny Hoshino delivers a stunning debut with his single, âDoubt,â released in November. The track is Hoshinoâs first release under his indie-folk solo project, Dan Ho!, following his work in former band the Novel Ideas.
âDoubtâ explores Hoshinoâs experiences with anxiety and how it can be affected by the ebb and flow of life. The song showcases Hoshinoâs soulful voice, enhanced by the backing vocals of local singer/songwriter Hayley Sabella. His work on the pedal steel guitar makes for a wonderfully warm country folk song.
