The indictment came down. But dana, important point on that. Something he said along those lines hits me like a thud. I have always been puzzled why it is the way they structured this indictment was the grand jury narrowly indicts on the business records. No recitation in the jury indictment. At the same time bragg puts out a statement that is a statement of fact. Not a grand jury document, just braggs document and his big recitation about the theft of the election and all that stuff. I wonder if they didnt put usually the prosecutor puts the statement of fact in the grand jury, in the indictment as context for the charges.
