Some items are taken at no charge, others have a fee (cash or check only). Open to Westwood residents only.  2 Household Hazardous Waste and Recycling Day: May 8, 8-11 a.m., Recycling Facility, 370 Winter St., Norwood. $5 per carload; no leaf or brush disposal. Accepted materials include drain cleaners, rust removers and oil-based paints; other items, such as TVs, will be collected for a fee.
