A fresh Western Disturbance will give moderate to heavy snowfall over Hills on February 22nd and 23rd. There are chances of light scattered rain over foothills of Punjab and Haryana around February 22nd Jan 23rd
An induced Cyclonic Circulation is expected to develop over Northwest Rajasthan and adjoining areas around February 8 or 9. Light scattered rain is possible over northern parts of Rajasthan on February 8 and over isolated pockets of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and parts of West Uttar Pradesh on February 9.
Hills of Western Himalayas may receive intense weather activities in terms of rain and snow until February 4th. Indo Gangetic Plains from Punjab to West Bengal to receive light to moderate rain with few heavy spells and isolated hailstorm activities.
There are chances of light scattered rain over Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Alwar, Bharatpur and Dholpur districts of Rajasthan on February 3rd. Isolated pockets of Bhind, Datia, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, Satna, Rewa and Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh may also receive light rain.
Rain and snow activities may commence over Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on February 2nd and may continue until February 4.
