Prosecutor joe mccarthy, states attorney from Montgomery County as well as the Commonwealth Attorney for Bedford County, virginia, sitting at the table over here to the right. The parents of the lyon sisters. It was 40 years ago this year that the two little girls, 12 and 10 years old, vanished from what was then the Wheaton Plaza just across the street from where we are right now. The Bedford County sheriff without a press release saying there would be a major development. What we believe will happen is that they will announce charges are being filed against one of the socalled persons of interest that had been named in this case. This is still up in the air. It has been kept very, very quiet. We believe indictments were issued some time ago but kept sealed, and that the prosecutor the commonwealths attorney, and sheriff of Bedford County virginia now believe there are ready to move ahead with charges.
