Lets go to Megan Mcgrath that is on the scene. Reporter good morning. We now know the name of a man who was murdered. It is timothy bing. He was shot in front of the basement apartment where he was living. It was also a pretty frightening situation for several other people who were outside their homes when the shooting began including a fiveyearold child. A baby pool sits on the front porch of the row home feet from where a man was murdered last night. Arthur roberts grandson was in the pool. When the shooting stopped, timothy bing lay dead on the ground. It shot and he fell and he shot two more times. Reporter it was just after 10 00. This man heard the gunshots and ran outside to hear what was happening. Another neighbor with a medical background tried to help. He came out and tried to do what he could but it was pretty obvious that this person was dead. Reporter neighbors say the victim lived in the basement apartment of the row home. We are just a block off the newly revitalized h street. People say this is a great place to live. Theyre hopeful police make a quick arrest. And police are also trying to figure out who stabbed a man to death in princes george county. Crews rushed the victim to the hospital where he died. Police say this does not appear to be a random attack. We are live with reaction from neighbors later today. A developing story two parents arrested an charged with leaving their 8month baby at home alone. The two parents charged with neglect of a minor after police say they walked across county lines to go to the store and left the 8month old at home. The suspects saying they thought the child would be okay sleeping and they were only gone for 20 minute. Meanwhile, Child Protective Services were called and the baby is with the grandparents.
