A local construction company saw a rocky start to its work day after an excavator was stolen from the job site at the Shoppes at North Village late Tuesday night.

"When you're looking at the other things, such as the CIP fund, the transit fund, you're looking at $2.7 million."With the TIF for Triumph Foods ends, the city will receive an additional $187,000 in tax revenue, with a total from the two TIFs ending
